Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) Policy against Sexual Harassment of Women

Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)

In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace
(Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the college has
constituted an Internal Complaint Committee to receive and address
complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace.

Composition of the Committee

How to make a complaint

Any woman employee or student of the college who has faced sexual
harassment at the workplace may make a complaint to the Convener of the
Internal Complaint Committee, in writing or by telephone using the number
listed above. A complaint may also be handed to any member of the
Committee, or sent by email to
sldaveducation@gmail.com
marked for the attention of the ICC Convener.

All complaints are treated in confidence. The identity of the
complainant, the respondent and the witnesses, and the contents of the
complaint, are not disclosed to anyone outside the proceedings.

page.
